I cannot say enough nice things about Staci. When I started working with her, my jaw popped nonstop, I could only open my mouth 30 mm, and I was taking Advil regularly. Now, I can open my mouth 43 mm and my pain has reduced significantly. I trust her completely. She recently suggested I cut back to 1 appointment per week instead of 2 since I am improving, which shows her number one priority is not getting clients like the other review says. She also has a completely full schedule and does her best to work me in. Thank you for everything Staci!

I’m a disabled veteran reliant on vouchers from the VA for my care. Staci lied about my treatment and retaliated against me after I complained about my appointment overlapping with other clients by prematurely discharging me. Her staff seemed more concerned with getting in as many clients as possible as opposed to working with clients one one one, as I was left unattended during my appointments. She allowed her staffer to call the police on me for standing at the front counter and requesting to utilize the chain of command, which I considered racist. I was a client at the ATI PT clinic in Cedar Park.
