I had a really hard time recently with depression and was struggling with my identity and sexuality. I encountered Stacie in an emergency room. She took the time to give me support, good advice and helped me manage my symptoms. She doesn't have a private practice anymore which is too bad.

Stacie is a consummate professional, who never rushes me and has never lacked chair-side manor.

Stacie Dee is good. But the receptionist is so disrespectful I had to stop going. Once I got to my appointment to find my health care provider was going to go out of business in a month (health republic). She haggled with me like a used car salesman, aggressively saying i wasn't going to see anyone until I paid out of pocket. I HAD insurance at the time. I had to hand her all my money and go to the ATM for MORE to keep my appt. She messed up billing.Blamed me. No apology when it wasn't my fault.

I was very open about my previous diagnosis at the beginning of the session. I shared very personal information about myself and let her know that I was in trouble. After entering my mental history into her computer she told me she's not qualified to help my condition. She could have said that at hello. Why would you continue a session when you know from the start that you couldn't help? I felt completely alone when I needed help very badly. Of course, I was charged for this experience.
