Dr. Lowdermilk was kind and personable and tried to be helpful, but was not. I was having minor dry eye issues and was immediately measured for new lenses. I did go along with purchasing new lenses which was totally unnecessary I later learned. She needs to deal with diagnosing the problem before assuming new contacts will cure the problem. By the way, I was never able to wear one of the lenses and got tired on returning multiple times. I have continued to wear the old ones with no problem.
