Dr. Condill is amazing. He is very personable and explains things for the 'average' person to understand and makes you feel very comfortable. He is always willing to help with any questions you have. So very glad we found him!

I visited the Condill Office in July of 2020. I have moderate to severe hearing loss. He fitted me with hearing aids with the brand name of "Signia". In September he did a final fitting and programmed them. After two months the Right hearing aid broke. I was without it for a month for repairs. By February 2021 the left hearing aid became broken and I was again without an aid for another month. In March the right hearing aid stopped functioning. I returned both aids to the Condill office as defective. The only recompense I have received is that I will get unlimited repairs for three years. I have given up looking for a workable, dependable pair of hearing aids from the Condill office. Along with the disfunction, the aids were uncomfortable. Instead of dome coverings which I normally use, I received two very bad impressions. In my opinion, DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. I am out over $1250. and at this moment have two broken Signia aids. This has been a nightmare experience.

Update: My son got his hearing aids two and a half years ago. He had nerve deafness from birth due to me getting measles in my first trimester. They are the best he has ever had and he controls them with his I-Phone! Dr. Condill jumped with joy when my son could here what he whispered to him! Dr. Condill is the kindest, most caring audiogist we have ever seen! Thank you! Norma Smith-Orlando

Very personable & professional!

I've had my hearing aids for roughly 2 years and use them infrequently. They just didn't seem to function and seemed to provide more noise than clarity. I was ready to give up. I had about eight problems or annoyances which I considered unsatisfactory. I saw Dr. Condill and he ran a computer check. He then told me that he thought I was having problems with. They were exactly like I had noted. He said will take care of the problems and he did. Fantastic service.
