Stephanie Adams, FNP

Took mom to Dr .they billed her insurance but did nothing for her .Adams didn't even touch her the male assistant just took her vitals but all Stephanie did was talk .no examine was done by Stephanie.She made us feel unwelcome and was so rude but the male assistant was nice that took her blood pressure twice .she said mom came for anxiety that was A lie .she came to get heart monitor so she could get surgery clearance .they gave her that impression over the phone.

She didn't examine me all she did was have assistant take blood pressure and have me stand on the scale and temperture.thats it than try to say I had to come back again if I wanted her to be my primary Dr.I was told over the phone I would receive A heart monitor but instead she just said how she wasn't to give the monitor but she said they said it was A possibility .I was told they were going to check heart and give monitor and if it was normal they would clear my surgery.My son came with me and said how stressed I am because surgery got rescheduled so many times and how it's giving me anxiety.She put I came to see her for anxiety that was A lie .we came thinking I would get heart monitor but if she didn't want to do it .she should have call me back instead of come here and waste my time .She bill my insurance and done nothing for me besides raise my blood pressure to 180 and then when she left the room the guy came back and took it again it was 140 I told her I have no chest pain just short of breath then she said I was lie because I want surgery.I think I know if my chest hurts or not .I don't care what Laura wrote because I haven't had any chest pain since january.she made it sound like I get it all the time on and off but I ask for my heart checked because I get short of breath and wanted to make sure it's just my asthma not my heart .This Stephanie Adams didn't check my heart or lungs she didn't touch me .just looked at my chart and talked about how she can't do nothing .charged my insurance and said I went there for anxiety and that wasn't true .I just said I been have anxiety because my surgery was scheduled April 7 and I didn't have much time to get clearance.I made appointment to cardiologist but couldn't get in until May .I came here because I thought I was get heart monitor but they change there mind but didn't even take time to examine my heart or lungs or anything else.How do they get paid for just take blood pressure and lie about heart monitor.thats the reason I came .not to be insulted and be called A liar and yes I was have anxiety because it makes me mad when A provider charge CareSource but doesn't examine me or order medication or test then lie and say I came in for anxiety just because I was stressed out!how much did they charge for this useless appointment .Her staff was nice but she wasn't.in fact the guy made me feel welcome that took my blood pressure twice but Stephanie done nothing for me besides agitate me!
