The serious problems with her office and UAP Clinic as a whole are deeply concerning. Every single appointment I've ever had (scheduled at least 3 months in advance) has been rescheduled last minute, or more recently completely cancelled. Because of my cancelled appointment, I now have to go without my medication because her office didn't read my blood work in a timely fashion. There is no sense of urgency or even a modicum of caring for patients well being.

As a provider, Stephanie is kind, thorough and takes the time to explain things. However, she isn’t considerate to her patients’ schedules. Appointment times change because she decides to go on vacation or because she is over scheduled. I’m currently sitting in the exam room where I’ve been waiting for 40 mins. If you miss a call from them , good luck in finding out why they called because you won’t get a return phone call after leaving a message about their message. Friendly but not worth it.

At first she was great. Then starting pushing insulin pump that was unnecessary. Tried numerous tests,insurance company denied because not medically necessary. When they decided it wouldn't go through... they were basically done. Called in a script for insulin needles and they put in a more expensive one. Next appointment was cancelled because she had a family emergency...rescheduled for 3 months later. Needed levemir and their office denied because I hadn't been seen. No care/concern from her.

I really was so excited to finally have a thyroid doctor to meet my needs which she did but every time and I mean every time I have scheduled an appointment they call to change it! It's so frustrating when I take the time off of work then it gets changed, I understand things come up but 3 times already have had to be rescheduled. Also they will not return my phone calls numerous times questions or help I need with getting my medicine. I really like this doctor but am considering switching doctor
