Stephanie Prusko is employed as Dr John Gaines PA at Greenville Coastal Medical. She is very sarcastic and does not consult with Dr Gaines. She states “Dr Gaines trusts her decisions and does not need to contact him.” This is unethical and freighting to me especially with the seriousness of my health conditions. I have left the Coastal Practice since my experiences with Stephanie and Dr Gaines’ lack of presence in this practice. I am presently receiving proper medical care by a physician that is active in the practice and does not leave decisions to the inexperienced PA’s as Stephanie.
