I realize when you see doctors that are younger, you need to give them time and be patient . She has done that and is and will continue to be a wonderful asset to the team there . Highly recommend!' I personally think the way doctors are trained now. seen many more reviews throughout my days and patience. These days are upset about the restrictions on controlled substances and take it out on the doctors. Things are different these days. Doctors have to look further into issues before prescribing controlled substances. She is 100 percent hands off doctor. Does not know how to test mobility of joints or have much knowledge of what could be causing pain. Forgets to write slips about the primary complaint. Office is slow to call back. I believe that she has a lack of knowledge.

Rushed visit, rolled her eyes at me when I asked a clearifyong question, and was more than happy to not continue to prescribe me weight loss meds and told me to have my other docotos ( weight loss clinic) do it. She was the one who started me on these meds too!

Medical gaslighter. She treats people differently, doesn’t listen to l symptoms and ignores ongoing issues. Tells you that your blood work and levels are normal when they are clearly not. Fails to diagnose medical conditions or just doesn’t know enough about them. Especially autoimmune disorders. Insinuates that it’s all in your head or just stress causing your symptoms. Maybe she’s ok for routine physical exams but doesn’t listen when you express symptoms. If you don’t feel well and you know something is just not right, get to a medical professional that will listen. You know your body more than anyone so don’t settle for healthCARE professionals who dismiss your concerns, symptoms and issues. She has caused treatment to be withheld for years by not acknowledging symptoms that are real. Shameful

No personality, not caring, don't engage or make a suggestion when I complained about my issues, didn't give a general breast exam at physical, gave the incorrect order for radiology, she's just not a decent provider at all and for those who says she is a DR no she isn't she is a PA, and god bless those that has been treated good by her as perhaps she is moody and only pick and choose which pt she will be attentive too..wish I could give ZERO stars

Fanatic experience here. Very thorough and detailed. Listened to all my questions and concerns and answered all questions. Made me feel comfortable even though I generally don’t like going to medical appointments

Stephanie Drainville has been my doctor for years & I am so happy that I made this decision! Finding the right doctor for your needs, wants & personality is not an easy task and she has made me feel so comfortable I would recommend her to anyone who wants a doctor who has their best interest in mind and cares whole heartedly.

Highly recommend PA Steph. I have been her patient for 4 years and will be for many years to come. She is highly skilled, comprehensive, and compassionate. All of my appointments have been on time and I have never felt rushed. She addresses my concerns and creates a comfortable environment.
