Abrasive, condescending, rude
Stephanie Ford is a nurse practitioner who works at Genesis PrimeCare in Texarkana, TX serving the indigent. Before I got insurance, I HAD to use them due to illness. As I am autistic spectrum with a communication disorder; I take delight when I find someone with whom I can communicate. Stephanie isn't that person. She was dismissive of my symptoms and made zero effort to diagnose me, stating, 'There's nothing wrong with your thyroid.' Turns out she was wrong, and I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Nursing Board regarding her behavior in the exam room. It won't do any good, but I'm filing the complaint regardless. The last time I saw her, I brought my caregiver along for additional information and perspective. The caregiver bore witness to her rudeness and dismissiveness. The caregiver bore witness to her stating, 'No, you're always like this.' In the space I have remaining, I can't include all the ways she has let me down. Bad doctor. Not worth a penny.

Do better
This is the worst health visit I’ve ever had. I listed the problems I needed to talk about and she rushed me out without doing any bloodwork

Her Staff is so unfriendly. Dr.Ford did not seem concerned about my visit. She definitely done the BARE MINIMUM - 0 stars.
