Rude and scamming
I made an appointment online explaining what was wrong, had a small piece of plastic stuck in my throat. Came in and explained it again when checking in at the desk. Showed up on time but had to wait almost an hour to be seen. Got into the room and explained, again, what was wrong just for Stephanie Gomolka to lean on the counter casually and rudely tell me she thinks I'm just having a bit of anxiety and to go home. On my way out I had to pay $200 for that, then they turned around and billed my insurance another $687 for 5 different miscellaneous things?? I wasn't even looked at, nor had my vitals taken, no advice, literally turned right back out the door. Stephanie is a joke. What is with this lazy pattern of physicians saying literally anything is anxiety! If I break my leg next week am I gonna be told that's anxiety too? The level of gaslighting is insane, and so is this insurance scam she's trying to pull.

I have been seeing Stephanie for two years now. I trust her endlessly and she has gone to war for me and for my health, questioning insurance companies to ensure I got what needed. Recently I saw her for a normal women's annual but wanted some counseling when it came to my reproductive health issues and the possibility of taking out my IUD. She sat with me for an hour, explaining everything and answering my questions. I have never had any other health practitioner do these things for me. I, myself, am a healthcare worker, and I can promise you that Stephanie gives incredible medical advice backed up by her knowledge of evidence based practice while treating her patients with the utmost dignity and respect. She genuinely cares about her patients and strives to truly help them and their health journeys. I will definitely be seeing her as my primary for as long as I can! She is the type of person that you would trust telling anything to! Thank you Stephanie

I have some interwoven healthcare issues, and changing my physician is always risky because my new doctor must listen attentively and also read through my med history or I can have serious complications. Stephanie was the most approachable and patient medical professional I have had the pleasure of meeting. I sincerely hope that she remains my doctor for many many years.

I have been going to Piñon family practice for many years, and when I had a cold/flu I saw Stephanie for the first time. She did not listen to me, did not care what I said, and wrote me prescriptions without being able to explain why. She diagnosed me with “allergies” regardless of the fact that I know what allergies are and feel like and know that is NOT what I had. I will never see Stephanie at the practice again and wasted over an hour of my time and plenty of money for no reason.
