Unqualified, unprofessional, unhelpful
Stephanie Guest was late for a 6:45 am phone visit. She was immediately rude, said I need to come in when she knew I'm housebound and had waited weeks for this morning appointment. She said she couldn't do anything by phone and promptly cancelled the ongoing appointment. It was a struggle but I made it to urgent care. The doctor and nurses were stunned at the lack of care received by Stephanie Guest. Urgent care said I needed in home health care every other day. I would never recommend Stephanie to any patient trying to get medical care. Find medical care that is professional and knows what they're doing.
