I agree, zero stars as well!!! My personal experience with Dr. Jerome in my opinion she is one of the worst doctors in Orlando, Florida. This lady was extremely unprofessional Her diagnosis were far-fetched from the patient, (My Son) She showed zero interest in my child. Also ,little too no interest in the errors and mistakes that she made on the report, because there were SEVERAL!!! As the other review stated I do also feel She showed very little interest in My son as well! I had to call the office to constantly remind her that the assessment that was done in December was not uploaded And I could not access it until nearly February When it was finally completed after several calls and reminders! The report was done in 2024. She did not upload it until 2025 Over a month After the evaluation had been completed! She was extremely rude, passive and micro aggressive!

She was completely unprofessional. The whole experience working with her was horrible. I cannot say one positive thing.

Awful! Zero stars. How is she a doctor?! She was ill prepared for our appointment (scheduled out 2 months), she had none of the paperwork I filled out nor did she have my son’s file. She didn’t even acknowledge my son. I’ve met with dozens of Peds drs. before and she was by far the worst! She definitely shouldn’t work in pediatrics. Do not recommend her. There’s other options. Advent Health needs to replace her.
