I had dr McCauley after suffering a traumatic injury which involved amputation of part of my finger and I thought she was great. She seemed to genuinely care which helped put me at ease during a rough time

I will agree with the other reviews about her rude bedside manner but that’s not the actual problem. I told her the reason for my visit and everything I said was ignored except for one symptom. This was a symptom I thought was worth mentioning for diagnostic purposes but I was not looking for solutions or treatments for that symptom. This was also the symptom listed on my discharge papers as the reason for my visit. When I challenged her she told me I was lying about my symptoms. When I defended myself, she stormed off. I have already contacted patient advocacy and will continue to seek action against this provider.

I had the unfortunate experience of having her as my Provider when I was in the Emergency room. She was rude, unprofessional and had a terrible bed-side manner. I will be reporting her to the Boards.
