Talking to Dr. Nicolai has helped me make more progress in my mental health than anyone I've ever seen before. I feel safe talking to her and I can finally pull all of the walls down after isolating myself for so many years. I look forward to my appointments with her as I know I will be making genuine progress. My only wish is I would have met her first when I started looking for mental health help. All mental health professionals should be at on par with Stephanie.
