Smart, caring , trustworthy advocate for your health

I had to see Stephanie when my Primary care Dr wasn't available. My Radiation Oncologist had me see her because of problems with radiation. She complained both times that the oncologist had sent me there. It was determined I needed a urgent CT scan because of possible blood clot in my lung from radiation. The lady who scheduled it was able to get me an appointment 5 hours later. I found out I could get in another place within 2 hours. When I asked Stephanie to change my appointment she told me I could change it myself if I wanted to get in earlier that the lady who did scheduling had already done her job once. She completely ignored my concerns and ignored me period! Wouldn't even look at me just sat at her computer staring at it. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. She is not caring or compassionate at all. The worst PA I have ever saw. Im already going thru cancer and was in terrible pain which didn't seem to phase her at all after telling me to reschedule it. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
