Octavia her nurse is very friendly & Silva actually listens to what you have to say. She was able to diagnose me in one visit after multiple other doctors blamed my age, wanted to do unnecessary surgery & said that’s just how it is. Turns out it was actually an autoimmune disorder. CrAzY.

She listened to my problems and addressed whatever issues I had. I don't have to wait long.

She listens, does not rush. Her staff are very good.

Dr Silva is always very personable towards me. I feel like I can easily talk to her, and she gives me all my options and recommendations.

My appointment with my MD doctor was canceled by Ascension and rescheduled to a few months later. I had a concern with my hand and Ascension sent me to this NP. This NP told me she could refer me to a hand surgeon or that I could wait until my appointment with a doctor. Joked about my pain and even though she was meaning to make light of the situation, it was out of touch and rude. Wasted 2 hours commuting, waiting, and seeing her.

First time I seen her she missed diagnosed. Second time I felt like I was wasting her time. She was also very rude

She seems like a nice enough person, but is immediately dismissive of most problems. I have never felt worse mentally or physically as I have since starting to see her as my PCP.

I have been with Stephanie for almost a year, and while she was polite at first, things have gone down hill since. She has been very dismissive and rude about my health concerns. She even made a false STD diagnosis for me without testing, and then kept insisting on more testing to try and prove she was right. (At my expense of course, and every one came back negative). In the process of looking for a different NP that actually takes the time to listen to their patients.

Stephanie has demonstrated her lack of boundaries and obtuse nature before, but today she crossed the line of her profession. NO true medical professional should downplay individual or public health issues such as COVID-19. She listed her opinions about all the “lies”that are being told about testing numbers, spread of the virus by teenagers (who BTW)have not been social distancing, lack of danger for spread by children, and teachers who might need to leave their lifelong careers if they ( choose not to or “ don’t want to”) return to face 2 face school. PS. I’m a teacher! I have been meaning to change ( I’d say Doctors, but she’s a nurse practitioner) for awhile now, but I did it today as soon as I got home!

Very unprofessional,extreamly rude. Will Not be returning. Look elsewhere for a more understanding person of Boundaries.
