Stephanie not only demonstrates respect and empathy for her clients but she also makes them feel comfortable and safe from day one. I look forward to each and every session that I have with her and know that she is going to give me feedback to help me overcome and succeed whatever barriers or challenges I may be facing. I am very appreciate to have been able to work with her for almost 3 years now to help me learn how to live with my anxiety.

Stephanie Speidel has been a blessing to our family. We originally met when she began seeing my teen son to help him develop skills to cope with teenage angst and pressure. Shortly thereafter, I began seeing her as well. Not just a sounding board, Stephanie helps you reframe options and develop plans for improvement. She assists you as you hold yourself accountable. Both my son and I stopped seeing her, as she had helped both of us work through some short-term issues. Tragedy struck my family this fall, and understanding the true value of mental health services, I reached out again on behalf of my entire family. Stephanie was immediately responsive and accommodated my needs instantly. I've been seeing her for almost two months now and she is always professional, insightful, responsive, and has a great sense of humor (which means a lot to me) I walk into each visit a bundle of nerves and end each visit with balance restored. I've been working with Stephanie for several months and she's been fantastic. She allows me to work through my thoughts and find a path that works for me. I don't feel like I'm being judged and although she's happy to give advice and insight, she also doesn't dictate what I should or shouldn't do. I would highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of Stephanie’s for over 5 years. During this time she has helped me through many difficult times in my life and continues to help me through talk therapy. She has a calm demeanor and pays attention. She is well-versed in insurance and medication (she doesn’t prescribe but understands mental health meds). She is attentive and always available when I need to make an appointment with her. She is flexible and available for in-person or virtual appointments. I highly recommend Stephanie as a therapist.

She told me and my wife to not verbally insult each other and we should walk away. I removed myself from the situation and she said I was wrong without telling me how I could have done things better. Mind you, she started the session saying she is not here to say who is right and wrong, but said I was wrong for leaving. My wife left the session or understanding that we both could have done thing better and we both are at fault. I’m so disappointed. And she has yet to check up on us after she did that. So my wife and I are separating. She also randomly asked my wife if she wanted child support from me and stuff like that. It was so odd.
