Keep cancelling the appointments
She is not that bad, but my frustration is that she keeps cancelling the appointments and I can never get a refill for my medications even though the pharmacy tries to contact the office several times, they never responded.

Very friendly and helpful but totally incompetent
Stephanie is very friendly and helpful. Took the time to discuss my issues and help with scheduling necessary tests. I ran in to issues after having to refill a medication. It seems she doesn’t remember me or didn’t take notes on my medications. She asked me who prescribed this medication( already provided ) and tells me I need to set up appointment( I had previously indicated at last visit I’d need a refill ) and have a blood test ( I’ve already scheduled 2 blood work ups ). This is either just about $$$$ or some level of incompetence. Don’t care which it is I do not recommend her to anyone
