Dr. Arsenal is the best chiropractor. I have gone to him for work related injuries and he made me whole again and pain free. I go to him for just maintaining adjustments, when I feel I need them and he never pressures you to come if you don't want to. I feel he truly cares for his patients and wants to make everyone pain free and comfortable. He's very good with children too. You won't go wrong going to him.

All chiropractors are not created equal! I have chronic migraines and TMJ. I have been to numerous doctors, physical therapists, and two previous chiropractors with little to no results (including a well known chiropractic practice in Bangor). I did not realize what I was missing until I went to Dr. Arsenault. He is the real deal, and has completely turned my health around. He is incredibly skilled, and truly individualizes his care. Be prepared for a long wait as he is always overbooked.
