I am a nurse who was treating an urgent case that ran a little over time. My appointment was at 2PM and I had to drive for 1.5 hours to get to this optometry practice. At 2:02 I called and stated there was excess traffic and a lot of rain but I would be there between 2:15 and 2:20. Although the person on the phone said it was completely ok and they understood the situation I was in (patient, traffic, rain), it most certainly was not. I arrived at 2:16 PM and was turned away and told to come in on Saturday at 11 AM. Although I made a pointless 3 hour round trip I did not argue and accepted my literal 1 minute tardiness. I am here now on Saturday at 11AM, again driving 1.5 hours, and I have been waiting to get looked at by the optometrist for over 1 hour now. I have waited in this room without even 1 person coming in and checking up or giving me an update as to why I have been sitting here for over an hour on my one day off. I have been a patient here for over a decade. Terrible care.

I had my first eye appointment with him yesterday. His office staff is very nice. He has wonderful bedside manner, he makes you feel comfortable and he is VERY FUNNY! I highly recommended him!
