Painless PT!
Dr. Emmett is the best! I've seen 3 other therapists for the same injury. They never helped me. In fact other therapist's exercises made my shoulder worse. Dr. Emmett recommended a few easy stretches. Could it be that simple? YES! He also asked questions that were more like an occupational therapist. He pointed out ways that I was injuring my shoulder in daily activities. He soothed with me to find adaptive ways around my injury. Highly recommend!
