Dr. Stephen Mailloux, PHD

My son had an appointment at 10:00 in the morning. We received a text confirmation the day before, the day of the appointment there was not a soul around, office dark. I told my son to stay for an extra hour just to make sure no one will show up. That afternoon a woman called posing as his answering service. Told us they were having problems with their GCI phone service. Never have been able to contact them since.

The office process was easy. Christina explained everything well! Dr.Mailloux did the entire interview and testing. II thought this was wonderful. I love that his bathroom had a make over exceptionally clean.

Dr. Mailloux personally interviewed both my child and me. He listened to our thoughts and concerns and asked probing questions before he began any testing. He built rapport with my child before attempting the evaluation and helped my child to feel at ease. Before and after testing, Dr. Mailloux spoke to me individually, heard my concerns without any judgment, and answered my plethora of questions. After evaluating my child, he immediately reviewed the results with me, explaining the results in laymen's terms. After that, he took the time to explain the results to my child, and this was awesome. Dr. Mailloux made the whole experience easier for this mom and her wonderful, quirky child. I love Dr.Mailloux! I like that he listened to all my question's and concern's and allowed me to talk .I highly recommend Dr.Mailloux.I was impressed that he was the one that interview us instead of a clinician.I was very surprised when his office staff said we will have to pay our copay and deductible before we could make our appointment.As for us it was nice not to have the interruptions and stress the day of.We were able to focus on our daughters needs.
