Precious Needle in a Haystack of Awful
My handicap sister landed in hospital in WF with a mysterious infection. I'm in NY and was unable to be there. Upon her release she had a followup visit with Stephen Poe and I was on the phone during their visit, as I often do during her healthcare visits. He was professional, patient, informative, and the first healthcare worker I've encountered in WF who treated us all with respect and dignity. He didn't sugarcoat facts but shared the findings without judgement. Most importantly, he is the only healthcare worker in a constant changing sea of untalented doctors and PAs we've encountered through the years to finally initiate the long-term solutions and followup attention and care my sister has been needing for decades! Thank you PA Poe for doing your job with such care and kindness! It has not gone unnoticed.
