Dr. Stephen Wangen, ND

I worked with Dr. Wangen's IBS Treatment Center through telemedicine last year. I have had constipation issues for years and thought I had exhausted all avenues. Once I started having side abdominal pain, I knew I had to try something new. I went through all their allergy testing, which was more exhaustive than all the other tests I had done. I had been tested for celiac disease at least five times, had colonoscopies, etc. Dr Wangen's approach found that I had a high level of food intolerances and they were the things I was eating every day for breakfast, eggs & bananas. And that gluten was a slight issue, even if I didn't have celiac disease. What was more helpful is his testing found out I can't eat many grains, such as spelt, amaranth, and rye as well as seasame seeds. Many of the gluten free products I was eating had items that I was more intolerant to gluten. I'm off all IBS meds that made me feel like crap and very thankful I was introduced to Dr. Wangen.
