Marc Zoutte was so knowledgeable and caring. He always took his time explaining things to me and I never felt rushed. I had rotator cuff surgery and the only thing I don't understand is I got billed by Iowa Ortho for a sling which the doctor had the nurses put on me after my surgery and before I left their facility and it was Dr Gallus's order that I had to wear it for weeks following my surgery. I tried to straighten it out with Iowa Ortho, but they keep billing me for it. I also got billed for my last follow-up appointment which was suppose to be part of my post op visits.
