Dr. Steve Bussa, OD

Tried to sell me lenses for$900. Told them "Nice Try" and ask for a copy of my prescription which I paid for. They told me they could not release it to me because if I had someone else do the work and it was done incorrectly Steve Bussa would be liable. So I had better do it with him! What a load of crap! Made me sign a release and took my business to a reputable optician. Left out Dr. above for p Obvious reasons. Nuff Said

I am redacting my previous Review of Premier Eye Center and Dr. Steve Bussa. Dr. Bussa actually called me personally and we had a long discussion about my complaints. After I had the discussion I am quite confident Dr. Bussa's Staff will be retrained to have common sense and courtesy and use the brains God gave them. Dr. Bussa is an excellent Physician and I highly recommend you see him for all your eye care needs.

I called last week and asked if Dr. Bussa was an ophthalmologist as my rheumatologist needed a baseline eye exam for me. When I showed up today for my appointment I was now told he is NOT an ophthalmologist and I should pay them over $200 for an exam that would be useless. Same type of deal last year when I tried to have them make me new lenses for my personal frames. Sad when I feel like I am buying a used car while going to the optometrist. I deleted his number from my phone never to return.

I very much like the comfortable way he speaks and explains the issues. He is a young man with many ideas and plans.
