Do not use. Unfair and deceptive cancellation policy. Tried to charge four times the treatment fee for 40 hours cancellation notice. Refused to reconsider the exorbitant fee.

Did not file my covered claim, unprofessional
I confirmed with my insurance that this provider is in-network. When I got to the clinic, it was just his apartment it seems, which did not inspire confidence. I paid $313 upfront and he told me he will file the claim and it should be part of my deductible. I knew I would hit my deductible that year (2022) so I paid upfront, which was my mistake. He did not file my claim, he did not refund my money (as my insurance said I am entitled to), and communication to get him to file was completely unprofessional. I followed up with him maybe once a month to get this resolved, he said he will refund me, but afterwards, blocked my number. Completely unprofessional communications and dealings. Any review platform for this provider is only one star. Stay away!

Doesn’t care about the health and safety of patience. Covid policy is god awful. I wouldn’t trust him for a minute.
