Talk about a grade A -bleep- who is utterly rude and condescending. He has zero listening skills or general people skills. If anything he’s great at rushing someone out rather than taking the time to listen and understand someone’s questions and concerns. If you want someone whose empathic, caring, and concerned for your health and wellbeing please don’t see Steven Dow. You might leave with more trauma than what you came with…

Untrustworthy and violates HIPPA by accessing records without patients permission. Also discusses someone he has never seen in office with other doctors again, without the patients permission.
