Went to my first appointment 2 years ago, really didn’t help me with my situation, kinda laughed a lot of what I would say, then the COVID pandemic started, I was told that all co pays we’re waived . And they 6 months later Steve sent me a text saying they weren’t and want me to pay, my insurance at the time said they were paid already . I mentioned it to Steve, he sent me a text stating he was sending me to a new LMHC . Even the place he referred me to agreed he was in the wrong . Some people are just out to make a buck and don’t care about the jib they are really suppose to do.
