Dr. Steven Grimm, DC

Was referred to Dr. Grimm for chronic back pain (sciatica). First, he is extremely nice and personable. This was important as I was already a bit apprehensive, and in pain. He is also gentle. Both in his approach and treatment. I’ve been receiving treatments now for two weeks, and I have made tremendous improvement. He listens to your situation, asks the proper questions. He explains what he is doing, and why. I feel completely confident under his care now. Likewise, his office staff is exceptionally polite and friendly. I’m feel lucky to have found Dr. Grimm.

Have used Dr Grimm for years He was able to help me discover some my neck pain was due to needing glasses. He explained my condition, what i was to expect from improvement and what to expect in the future regarding medical procedures that may be needed. I have never left there not feeling knowledgeable about my issies and always feeling great thereafter. Amber has aleays been there, too. Fast service, very knowledgable and helps me with the crazy ins. Co. She os as vitally important to my care as Dr. Grimm. They have been a treasure to me and my health. I cant recommend them enough.

It’s unfortunate that I never made it past the wretched lady Amber at the front desk. From the second I walked in I wasn’t welcomed it was the complete opposite. Amber came at me with an attitude for no reason while being fake nice to every other patient. You know when females voices get a little higher pitched when they’re being fake? Yeah that was her. She made me cringe as I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour while she kept calling everyone back except me. Even the patients that arrived after me where seen first until I was the only one left in the waiting room. Under normal circumstances I would leave as I felt uncomfortable but I wanted to give the doctor a chance because he was highly recommended to me by a family member. Amber fought me every step of the way until I’ finally had enough. I got up and calmly expressed to her that she wasn’t giving the office a good first impression and I was in more pain than when I first arrived because her rudeness made me more tense.

Exceptional skill and knowledge. When I started seeing Dr Grimm, I was barely able to walk without crippling pain; it hurt to sit or walk. I couldn't even lie flat without overwhelming pain. Now I can walk with my wife and sleep through the night. He's amazing. I highly recommend him.
