Disappointed. 3 phone calls, 2 detailed emails and no response for a month now. I did miss one return call that told me to call back, which I did, but no follow up afterwards from their office. This was a referral from my pediatrician, who thought he could potentially help us, and it’s discouraging that we do not seem to warrant even the courtesy of a response to a very detailed email. I’ll look elsewhere for support as this does not appear either professional or courteous.
