Dr. Steven Kreiger, OD

Dr. Kreiger called a specialist to meet and treat me on a Sunday when all of a sudden I was seeing bright lights. Dr. K checked in with me several times to make sure all was well.

My time is valuable. If I have an appointment at 11 am, I expect to be seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. Not only is it 11:15 and I still haven’t been seen but the 10:30 is still waiting. Not cool. If you are on a schedule, this is not the place for you.

'Dr.' Kreiger is incompetent and negligent. He mismanaged my glaucoma and allowed it to progressive from early to severe stage. I now have permanent areas of vision loss in both eyes and permanent optic nerve damage. I had five appointments with him over six years while my glaucoma progressed. 'Dr.' Kreiger never recommended that I see a specialist or be treated even though he upgraded the progression. He also withheld critical results that would have allowed me to make an informed decision.

Dr Kreiger is an excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, physician. He takes the time to examine and answers questions . I highly recommend him. A top notch eye doctor.

My son was in a car accident and his glasses were destroyed. We called Dr Kreiger and he immediately took care of us. Within 12 hours, he had the glasses made and then delivered them to the hospital where my son was in the ICU. Never expected such service, but appreciate that once we made the call we didn't have to worry about anything.
