I sought a second opinion after see Mr Nakano. The second PT i saw analyzed my movements to root out the cause of my achilles tendon issue not just 2 excercise and stretching recommendations at a cost of almost $300 . Needless to say i will not be going back to Nakano.

Very unlikely. He spent more time commenting on my body type than focusing on why I was seeing him.
