Steven is one of the best care providers that I have seen at this facility (Canyon Rd.). He is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. It's clear that he is under pressure to get the job done and move on to the next patient but always makes sure I am clear on what we have discussed. I just hope he doesn't get burned out

I had gone to urgent care 2 times prior. I was not improving. He really listened to me while I was telling him my symptoms. I was probably the sickest I've ever been! He prescribed antibiotics which I felt I needed at the 2nd urgent care visit! The next day after starting antibiotics I felt improvement. I really appreciate and am thankful for his care. I'm not a negative person but I felt disregarded with the urgent care provider!

My nurse practitioner was Steven Neufeld. My overall experience with him was absolutely amazing. The moment he walked in to my waiting room he was attentive and caring. He took his time to get to the root of my issues. He was very professional, kind, thorough, caring. Thoughtful and amazing. In all my years in going to the doctor I have never experienced such an amazing and thorough visit as the one Steven provided. I am so amazed with his wonderful service I thought he was the doctor. I will only see him in my future visits. Thank you Steve!
