Dr. Spear isn't located on South Upper anymore. The last place I saw him was Dr Bizer's (now called Visionworks) off Nicholasville Road in Lexington. This Dr is wonderful, kind, very good at explaining things tou may not understand, and he takes all the time you need. I'm hoping he is still there! His other shop was in a bad location.
