Very thorough and courteous. Explained all the testing procedures and made me feel comfortable as procedures progressed. Fully explained what the testing showed with a thorough explanation of test results I would feel very comfortable seeing Dr Zupancic again.

Dr Zupancic uses his knowledge to problem solve and help me be a successful Cochlear user. Your never feel rushed. Dr Zupancic listens and makes his treatment personal to my needs.
