Hey, you can actually learn mindfulness and meditation online. Probably better than from her actually. And since this seems to be all she has up her sleeve as far as mental health assistance, I would say don't waste the trip. But of you enjoy a dog barking at you for the first few minutes of your sessions, then she’s for you. I personally find that annoying, and it does not set a good tone for a session. She will end a session after 15 minutes if you run out of things to say. No follow up questions, no worksheets, no assignments, no structure at all. Also, and this is petty I know, the incense is too much. Its really hard to focus when you are gagging on patchouli. I feel worse after having worked with her, because I know my time would have been better spent with someone else. I would definitely ask for a refund if possible, but the best I can do is to warn others away at this point.
