Sue has treated me for well over 15 years for Type 1 Diabetes. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring most of all. There’s no one better in the area for taking care of you or your loved ones. She’s the best hands down.

Sue is caring and knowledgeable. She will take as much time as needed. You never feel rushed.

Sue spends a lot of time with you. She is an awesome diabetic educator. She is an expert with insulin pumps. She is understanding and not judgemental when your AIC is not the best. She can help you navigate type 1 diabetes like you are a pro! She can never retire because we can’t live without her!

Sue Rankin is compassionate, caring, thorough, and direct. Her level of expertise is top-notch, yet she is consistently striving to help her patients fine tune the management of their care/needs. Sue is unafraid to pick apart the details of patient reports as she seeks to maximize the integration of technology into the diabetic care plan. She understands individual parameters and facilitates a “team” effort mentality by including both the patient and his/her caregivers in the discussion and decision-making processes.

sue is always positive , but cuts no corners if there is a need for firm guidance with my granddaughter. she is wonderful with her and can put her back on track with managing her own condition. 5 stars for sure.

Regular 3 month visits. She keeps me on the straight and narrow. She has been a great role model and has helped me to influence my career path of being NP specializing in endocrinology. She always takes the time to listen and gives great advice.
