Dr. Sue Simpson, OD

I realize that my review will not be popular. When I had my appointment with Dr. Simpson I found it very distracting as everything she does is by computer and she constantly types on the computer during the exam. Apparently I am the only one who feels this way. But I did not feel like Dr. Simpson was really paying attention to me, as she was so busy typing. Then when it came to billing the staff kept telling me I had not met my Medicare deductible and would need to pay. I knew I had met my deductible, but paid thinking once I got my Medicare statement I would get a refund. They never filed. After I went into the office to chat about it they said they would look into it and CALL ME. Five days later I went back to the office to find out they FINALLY FILED THE MEDICARE CLAIM. THIS IS THREE AND A HALF MONTHS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT. I want my money back but now I have to wait another three months. Oh, no one called me back. Why are they mad at me. I am not the one who mucked this up.
