I had the opportunity to choose Susan Deguia,NP as my primary care provider several years ago. Being a nurse for 28 years, I have very high standards for a provider and Susan Deguia has always measured up. She takes time to listen to my complaints & opinions and then explains her findings and plan of care in detail supporting her decisions with the medical facts. Her strong knowledge base won my trust at the very first visit. Her compassion and quality of care makes the hour commute worth it

I started seeing Dr. Deguia two years ago and even though I no longer live in the area, I drive two hours to go see her. I have never had a doctor who listened as well as she does. She lets me explain what I think is wrong before she gives her diagnosis and takes my preferences into consideration. She is always nice and kind and goes above and beyond to make sure I get the care I need. I am very hesitant to see new doctors, but I have never once regretted making her my primary doctor.

My experience with Susan was above and beyond my expectations. Her obvious desire to educate herself with the Patient’s history is extraordinary. She has the ability to put you at ease and convey her diagnosis in a comprehensive manner. I highly recommend her services.

Horrible NP. Doesn't check patient before giving meds and doesn't order any additional testing that could rule out an illness before prescribing medication. Not very friendly either. Horrible bedside manners. Avoid her.
