I was a walk in patient to Dr Ruffalos offices in Lake Bluff , Illinois this past Saturday morning February 25th... Susan Deney was the nurse practitioner I came into contact with... I had gone through a rough 72 hour period and by lunch that day was feeling better and on the right path thanks to Susan Deney and her expertise . Excellent communication...and excellent diagnosis. Thanks
