This person should not be aloud to treat anyone! She is arrogant, rude and has a serious superiority complex. Lakeshore should be ashamed to have her on staff! After 10 seconds in the room she stood over me and lectured me, not allowing me to speak. Everytime I tried she would put her hand up and threaten to end the visit. I have never been treated with such disregard, and disrespect. How unprofessional! This is someone I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to. She doesn't even deserve the one star!!!

Horrible arrogant woman who talks over you who after visit after visit and passed drug screening she decides not to treat you even though you have documented chronic pain. She collects all your insurance money then tells you she won't treat you!

I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND (DR. SUSAN FAZEKAS) FROM DAY 1!!!! I WAS TREATED WITH THE UP MOST RESPECT, CARING,PATIENCE,!!! SHE DR. FAZEKAS, TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO ME, OF MY BODY ISSUES, I WAS NEVER EVER RUSHED-EVER!!!! AS I HAVE BEEN SEEING HER FOR 4 YRS OR BETTER.. SHE ALSO DELT WITH MY EMOTIONS. THAT MENT MORE TO ME THAN THE BODY ISSUES THAT I HAVE. I LEARNED EARLY ON IF YOU FOLLOW THE DIFFERENT PROCEDURES STEPS, THAT IT TOOK TO COME UP WITH THE TREATMENT THAT WAS & IS THE BEST FOR ME!!! I ALSO WANT TO GIVE THE WHOLE STAFF AT !THE! LBJI!!! FROM FRONT OFFICE TO !THE WHOLE-GANG!!!!! THEY ARE ! AWESOME! IN CHESTERTON,PORTAGE, ETC..... ANY TIME I HAVE CALLED THERE TO LEAVE MESSAGES OF ANY TYPE, THEY HAVE GOTTEN BACK TO ME! SO I WANT TO THANK YOU !ALL! AT- THE! !LAKESHORE BONE & JOINT! YOUR TRULY APPRECIATED BY ME!!!!!! Worst experience at a doctor's office in my entire life. She was arrogant, condescending, & dismissive of my condition. After making me wait almost an hour and a half, she spent less than 15 minutes speaking with me only to summarily "diagnose" without knowing the depths of my symptoms, & that the dr was filling my head w/nonsense about my condition. She states that her ultimate goal is to get me off of pain medication w/o telling me what the plan is for my pain.

I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. What a callous, unprofessional arrogant person. She spent little to no time with and treated like an idiot (even though I'm a doctor and graduated top of my class). Avoid!!

Never she's rude and had no intentions of taking over my case since her fellow NP quit unexpectedly.

Had to reschedule an appointment and was made to wait over 3 weeks because Susan was on vacation. She refused to refer me to someone else or give me the same prescription I'd been receiving for months without personally seeing her. Then when I complained about having to go a month with no pain relief and wait in the office for an hour and half because she was backed up, Susan promptly decided she didn't want to treat me because she didn't like the way I spoke to her staff?!! Unreal!

Terrible experience.She entered the room and said with a very loud voice that I better never ever be late again (5 minutes due to traffic, had previously waited for over 2 hours).It was humiliating.

I would give her less than one star but not an option. After being recommended by a surgeon for pain medication and with being perscribed pain medication for 5 years for a bad back with clinical diagnosis. The first thing the nurse does is drug test me. Mind you I have no record and have never been accused of doctor shopping. I am simply there for pain medication until the doctors decide what treatment option is best for my 3 bad disks and my neuropathy, all proven and documented.

This woman is a scam. She isn't a dr she is a terrible person

She is terrible!!!! Treats you like you are a liar and drug addict. Would not recommend this woman to treat a turtle!!!
