Uses intimidation tactics as treatment and claims to be a professional. Terrible bedside manner. Very unprofessional: for example, if you are late to one of her appointments, which is something that happens, she will tell you that you are rude and wasting her time instead of doing her due diligence. You never yell at a patient or client for being late. That’s why doctors have policies about missing appointments. Avoid Susan Gentile if you can. She is not knowledgeable in her area of expertise.
