Chico, CA - Enloe Women’s Services
Went in to be seen for possible mental health problems following pregnancy and was met with no sympathy whatsoever. Tried rushing the appointment and when I expressed how I was feeling, I was told that everyone struggled the same way and basically to get over it. Highly recommend seeing any of the other staff at the office if you want to actually be seen by someone that will care for you.

This is a review for an appointment at Enloe Women's Services in Chico, CA. Susan Guevara: lacked compassion and empathy at my appointment; very forceful pelvic exam - bruised my cervix; did not stop when I said to stop; advocated for IUD when I'm not sexually active; rummaged through my purse to find my cell phone because she wanted to Google something. Shame on the nurse who was in the room but did nothing to help me. Very poor quality of care and unprofessional. Avoid this woman.
