Dr. Susan Hayes, DNP

I've been going to Susan for 4+ years. I recently had a vehicle accident and ended up in the hospital. 2 weeks later I made an appointment with Susan. She spent at least a half hour combing through the hospitals 60+ pg. document with me. She caught a note made in the records about a nodule in my neck. She recommended testing which resulted in a thyroid cancer diagnosis. No one could tell me Susan doesn't care about the patient. From Platte Valley down to Anschutz, those that know her, love her.

Never returns calls. I went in with chest pain she dismissed then. Sent me home . I went back later that day and I could hear them talking about me in the back saying awful things the waiting room could hear ! I went back in to speak with her and she was super nasty very unprofessional! I left and later had a stroke thank the er caught the signs she ignored! I told her I had a history and factor 5 and I had a blood clot that she looked at and said it was fine rest! Seriously!!? I went for help

This was my 3rd experience with a lack of communication. I had an xray to check for pneumonia on January 2. Dr. Hayes was concerned about my enlarged heart and asked me to have an echo-cardiogram. I told her I knew my heart was enlarged and I would do the test so she could make comparisons from before to now. I had the test on Friday, Jan 5, and was told I would be called with results by Wednesday, Jan 10 at the latest. I called on Thursday and had results sent. Still no contact from Dr.
