Definitely would not recommend! Rude, condescending & patronizing. I've been a NP for 25 yrs and have never treated a patient the way she treated me. Didn't know my history. Didn't want to know my history. Didn't know the cause of my pain. Didn't try to find out the cause of my pain. Treated me like a drug seeker for no valid reason. So I asked for a MRI myself. Trust me when I say she either didn't bother reading it or couldn't understand it! Turns out I need surgery! Incompetent!

I have been a patient at the Pain Center of Arizona for several months and my experience changed significantly when I had my appointment with Susan! I'm not one to complain, but I will definitely give a compliment when it is deserved! Susan was very nice and respectful and she made me feel so comfortable during my appointment. I have a lot of issues that brought me to this office and to have someone who shows that they really care, makes a huge difference.
