Susan Kachur, LCPC

Susan is very attentive to my concerns and has given me the tools I need to move forward. The office is easy to get to and there is plenty of options for parking.

I met with Susan for over 3 years, in my adolescence. I worked with her primarily for major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder as a teenager. She is an excellent counselor, a great listener, and taught me healthy coping tools that I still use to this day. I would say I am largely still alive thanks to her presence in my life and everything I learned from her. When I worked with Susan (ten years ago), she did not accept insurance, that is the only shortcoming I would describe from her services. But she is worth every single penny out of pocket. I am now struggling as an adult and having a hard time finding a therapist in my area that accepts insurance and is also as highly skilled as Susan. I am even considering making the 2 hour drive to go back to her (after the stay at home order is lifted, that is). I highly recommend her to anyone who has a teenager dealing with mental illness. Like I said before, she is worth every penny. Thanks for everything, Susan.

Susan is extremely helpful in scheduling and is easily reached. She is genuinely caring and wants to help get you to a better place in your life. She is interactive and engaged while you are with her. I would recommend to anyone.

I have found Susan to be an excellent and attentive counselor. I have been working with her for almost two years and she has helped me profoundly. My struggle has been depression and she has helped me to slowly unearth and face the root causes. I am much healthier today as a result of her counsel.
