Both times seeing Susan, she dismissed me and my symptoms. I only saw her because my primary wasn't available and both times I had to follow up with my primary to receive treatment and care that she refused to provide. I'm a Latina woman and didn't think anything of it until a Black woman I know went through the same exact thing. Except the Black woman had something seriously wrong with her. She would not have known if she didn't follow up with her primary. Do not see Susan for anything at all.
