Would not recommend to anyone!
Susan lynch is a lying, unprofessional, negligent nurse practitioner! I had an appointment to see her to be evaluated for severe side effects i was having from a medication she prescribed me, only to be told to either continue the SAME medication, or the see a psychiatrist. I questioned another medicine and was told my insurance wouldn’t cover it which was a LIE. When i showed emotion and cried during my appointment because i felt i wasn’t being listened to or taken seriously, she commented on how i was off of my anxiety medication and the side effects i was having Could be from “something else” not the new medicine. She never even evaluated me for the side effects I was having. She then LIED on my medical record and said she gave me a crisis hotline number and a list of behavioral health doctors and this NEVER happened. I have never felt so humiliated by a doctor and will do everything i can to report her and make sure everyone knows how untrustworthy she is!

While I was in the hospital at Memorial I told the nurse that I have no family doctor. She said well everybody up here on the sixth floor goes to nurse practitioner Susan Lynch. I called and made an appointment and was very satisfied with her and her knowledge. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a family doctor

Susie is an awesome NP that has a lot of experience. I didn’t have a local doctor and a friend had referred me to her. Scheduling the appointment went great...very little wait time. Staff was great. Items that couldn’t be handled in her office were given referrals to. I’m very glad that I now have a local doctor that is accessible, knowledgeable AND friendly!!

A visit with Susie is like a chat with a friend who also has expert knowledge. She is kind. She listens. She asks good questions. She is concerned and yet not overly alarming. She's a keeper.

After visiting three other doctors, I went to Dr. Lynch after dealing with some pretty scary symptoms. She walked in with her laptop and immediately started typing instead of listening to what I had to say. After dismissing all of my symptoms and claiming I was "bi-polar" and needed to see a psychiatrist, I left in tears unsure about what to do. As it turns out, I was having an allergic reaction to a medication I was on which was discovered by a different doctor a few days later.

Treated disrespectfully on two occasions by nurse practitioner Susan Lynch's nurse. Once for an appointment discrepancy and second for a loss of medication inquiry and accused of mis-use of my medication because it was lost on vacation. I was asked to do a drug test the next time I come in, which I have no problem with, it just seems more an accusation based test rather than routine. Which feels quite disrespectful.
