She’s rude and dismissive. When I told her I decided not to get an IUD because of the horror stories I read, she asked whether I drive; I said yes. She asked me why I’m willing to take on the risk of driving, but not an IUD. How can you compare those things and shouldn’t a women’s clinic be more supportive of a woman’s right to choose???!!

For someone who advocates for mental health she lacks active listening skills and compassion. She is condescending and runs off of assumptions. She thinks it's tough love but it's the opposite of what's needed when you talk to a patient, especially pregnant and stressed. You don't know my history and you literally told me you aren't listening to what I'm saying , you were listening to 'what was beneath my words' but you labeled me a perfectionist and told me I'm depressed and you don't know if I have actual anxiety. I was telling you I do have anxiety and yes, I have battled with depression for a long time and have sought help for it but you don't listen so how would you know? She causes more stress than help. Btw tomorrow isn't promised. We only have the moment and I've wasted too much time allow her to get under my skin. I am avoiding her at all costs but finishing my pregnancy at cwc because my insurance has already given them a credit. I feel like she might be going through something, this can't be her norm while I'm the medical field but if she is going through something she shouldn't be in a medical field for the clients sake. The first meeting I didn't have a good experience but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and met with her again.. it was worse. She is also always running later than scheduled. Both times I've had to wait 30-45 min and the first time she told me she didn't have time, that's not my problem.

Rude and dismissive. Definitely has no bedside manner and makes me uncomfortable.

I have been with this practice for 30 years and never have had a bad experience until I encountered Sue. She has no bedside manner and is rude in every way. No chance I would ever go back to her or take my daughter to her.

Sue is one of the worst doctors i have ever seen. She's unfriendly, refuses to provide any information, doesn't seem too knowledgable, and she's got a terrible bedside manner. She refused to treat me for a UTI and a Yeast Infection. You should avoid her like the plague

My daughter was seen by this practitioner and she was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. My daughter has previously been diagnosed with PCOS and abnormal hormone levels and when she asked the provider to test her levels the provider rolled her eyes and questioned the need.

No she was very unprofessional with a rude bedside manner.
